How does SOHM use donations?

  • Purchase & delivery of monthly food (from Haitian farmers & vendors) to support the local economy,

  • Medical care (urgent, maintenance),

  • SOHM school for children w/ disabilities,

  • Salary for Haitian SOHM full-time workers,

  • Transportation to church, doctor, school, community activities, etc.

  • Relationship building

  • Wheelchairs

Ismene, a young lady with Spina Bifida dreams of becoming a Gospel singer. She attends SOHM church every Sunday.

She received a wheelchair in 2017 through SOHM and continues to receive monthly food and medical care.
